Rim Policy

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON RIMS

**Please note: Rims are non-returnable.  If the packages is refused at delivery or returned to us by the shipping carrier, a restocking fee of $300 will apply.**

Wheels are made to order and may take up to three weeks to arrive.

Upon receipt, we recommend taking your Lowrider Wire Wheels to a professional with experience in mounting lowrider wire wheels.

Any leak caused by damage to the silicone seal during tire mounting or damage during balancing will not be covered under our policies, as this is considered damage by third parties.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 7 days.

Ensure that all Knock-Off screws are securely tightened before use, as they can become loose, and we are not responsible for any replacement screws.
